I know a lot o don't like to discuss our weight, but one thing that will help everyone:

Keep your weight over your front foot when you're throwing, it'll keep your body lined up better and help you smooth out your follow through, to top it off it'll help avoid those bird shots, you know the ones that go 100 feet up and 5 feet forward!

Shocked

this is a very basic fundamental "must" in ball golf as well. you end up with a reverse-pivot if you keep your weight on the back foot and normally end up leaning to the back as well. when you're releasing the disc (or club head contacting the ball) your weight should have shifted from more on the back foot to almost entirely.

How about some putting tips, best practices, best "form" for noobs (stance, way to hold disc release, kinda stuff)
