So.. I hate to bring it up... but whats the rain out plans?

I ain't skeert of a little rain. Scattered showers/T-storms @35% from about 9 to noon then it starts to drop off percentage wise so we "should" be fine.

Guys that was so much fun!

I havn't been at the Disc golf course for 12 hours in a long time lol. I would of stayed longer but I was just flat out beat. I left after I attempted the throw off for the Ace Pot. It was very fun but only one beef and I hope this is something that won't happen anymore.

The whole re- tee deal. Kinda sucked that some cards played a re-tee but others didn't. I know a guy on my card pretty much ruined his tourny over 1 hole because he re-tee over and over and over an over but if he wouldn't of like some didn't he would of only got a double bogey instead of a 10 or 12 whatever he took. So let's work on making sure everyone plays like that!

Other then that it was a blast. Maybe one of these times when I flick a tee-bird @ 11 it will actually STAY IN THE BLOODY BASKET and not chain out.. again.. BAH!

I'm waiting to hear some of this myself. I can tell you as a player it was hard to hear at first and I don't think they said scores at all. Would be cool to see a run down on the events. If Yall need any help with this send me some info or i'll come up to the store and help.

1st in the open division was Snappy aka Chris Gilmore
1st in advanced was Dustin Lemasters
2nd in advanced was Will Commander
3rd in advanced was Sam Thomas
1st in AM men was Scott Capps
1st in advanced women Ronda Key
1st in Am women was Dee Dee I believe

Well lets see..... after everyone left the tourney yesterday, we still had to clean up therefore, getting the scores posted within 12-hours was not my top priority. I have been to NUMEROUS tourneys over the last 1 1/2 years, and very rarely do the TD's call out the scores when doing awards. The names are called out in the order they have won.

I will have the scores posted in the next copule of days, but really, don't let your life stop because you are waiting on results . I will be getting the information on the Southern Nationals site as well in the next couple of days!

Thanks to all that came out to the tourney. Hopefully next year it will be a little cooler.

I sense a little tone there. didn't mean anything by it. I was actually was offering my help because I did leave early. Be honest I completely spaced on the whole " clean up " and I wish I would not of left. I feel like an horses ass for not sticking around to help.

As far as the scores go, they did it last tourney but i've only been in 2 so idk how that works I SORRY!!!!

I stayed we got things tidied up ok.

I was going to go back today and try to do some clean up but after Scott rode the card in the first round like a rented mule I was beat and needed to recover! it was all I could do to limp through the 2nd round then clean up. With competition like that in Ams, there's no way I can justify tourney play unless it's in novice. To all of you that say "I'm too good" tell me that once the scores come out, I don't even think I would have placed in the novice group!

Guys...that was certainly not a dig about "cleaning up the course"...... I did not expect anyone to stay after and do that after ya'll had played out in that heat all day. But THANK YOU to those that did!!

Holy score board batman! LOL! Wowzer! 59 from the reds Capps?! Nice freaking round. I some how got lucky the first round and didn't hit a single OB or get a Bogey. 2nd round.. I hit OB on i think every B. hole as well as missed pretty much all my non give me putts.

I can say I wouldn't of done anything in the Ama divison. My best round off the reds is -5. Rest are always +2 to -2 so I wouldn't of done anything in the Ama Division BUT since rhonda believe i'm some sort of Bagger guess next tourney i'll move up. Love ya Rhonda but i'm not as good as you think I am lol. I have my moments and it showed in the first round but that's also from the blue tees.. where I can throw mid range and putters all day. Which unless you really screw up your drive should lead to par at least on every hole out there. On reds though I don't have the distance to keep up.

So is there any ideas on the next tourny or when it's gonna be? LOL! You guys put on one hell of a tourny!!
