I will be placing an order for t-shirts and dryfits within the next couple of days! We are out or low of some sizes.

I have been told by several people that the guys in the background do not look so professional! I have to say that I agree with this. It is of my opinion, that the bar that says Playground Disc Golf Club looks cool by itself! I also think we need to add Fort Walton beach,Fl. to our shirts! When we are out of town, no one knows where pdgc is from. I thought under the bar would look good!

I like it but the whole just a banner without the people to me sounds not so good either. I like the PDGC with the basket. It would be nice to see something disc golf related with the banner. idk..

I also like the the basket with the pdgc! The banner would have to be made alittle bigger and yes, I like the fwb,fl estb. 2009 also!

These are just suggestions, I told members I would check in to it and that's what I am doing!

I think getting the dudes of the back of the shirt is a great idea. It does look kinda getto and with the direction that playground is headed being involved with schools and church groups, etc., we need to start thinking more family like! Everything we do needs to be family freindly. The club is growing and to get more youth involved we have to be a reputable club and people that parents can trust with their kids! Changing the logo sounds like a good start:)

I agree with TK about when to change it! There had just been people coming into the store and on the course, the latest was Tuesday night when I was leaving Ferry asking me about the club and what their opinions where on the club shirts. One of these people work within the school systems. I had told everyone that I would look into it, so I was just putting it out there!

So, looking at the current image, I realize that even just the banner won't work. I mean it would have to be changed. But if it was cleaned up instead of looking faded I don't think it would look right either.

So basically has anyone done any image work? Though of anything? I've been known to mess with Adobe Photoshop from time to time. So if anyone wants to bounce ideas around or something I can work something up to see how it looks.

Why do you think the banner wouldn't work? And yes, new designs can be submitted!

Just needs something with the banner or something. IDK.. lol just over thinking probably.

So I was messing with the images / t-shirt thoughts I have read thus far.

Here is what they look like. I changed the basket style and font on front to look less aggressive more normal. Also the back is what I was talking about when I said the banner the way it is would not look right. It needs a new look all together because without the dude in the background it's off the theme.

I had just assumed that Key Chains was on the sleeve having given something to the cost of the shirts making them cheaper/part of the annual dues offsetting some of the cost somehow. If the store is paying any toward the cost of the shirts, it should stay. Same with ACE, or whoever else may be offsetting cost to the members. Now I don't want to end up looking like a NASCAR car out there throwing the discs AND the more silkscreen on the dri-fit shirt the less effective the shirt is at, well staying dry. I do think is a store or group is doing above and beyond to make things happen in the club, is should get some recognition for it.
