Chains for Baskets

Spoke with Innova yesterday, got a call back this morning. Thanks to Henry(the stores Innova rep) New Chains for all 18 baskets are on their way! We will be installing them as soon as they arrive! Way to go Innova,very nice customer service!
Thats GREAT!! Course will be looking pretty darn good for the eatsleepdisc tourney!

Having a WOW moment 
Just got a call from Innova again..... apparently someone had contacted them 4-months ago, with good intentions, to have the chains replaced but were asked to send pics of the chains and the course info.... and they DID NOT do this as asked by Innova, until yesterday

RONDA went ahead and contacted Innova on Tuesday, and low and behold, the chains are shipping as we speak. The same individual that contacted them 4 months ago, decided to send in pics and then call and say the chains needed to be shipped elsewhere
unbelievable! When they dropped the ball and could not do what was asked, they then want to rain on someone elses parade, 
WHATEVER!!
But on the positive note... CHAINS ARE COMING and there will be NO MORE RUST, at least for awhile. Matt from ECDGC has told me that they too tried this in Milton and within a few months, the RUST COMETH again Let's keep our fingers crossed!!
Have a fantastic rest of the week and good luck @ the Food Toss.... I won't be able to be there today

Just got the tracking # from Innova and the chains will be here on the 4th of April, which is Monday..... when do we want to get them up?
I can help anytime after 5:45ish during the week and anytime Saturday or Sunday!
