Veteran's Park
Thunderchief ( located at veteran's park)

Entry fee: $55 per player ( $5 from each player is their ace pot. All ace pots will be by division.)

D.. Adv/Int women/Juniors

Order of play:
Saturday AM: 8:00 player's meeting at all courses.
8:30 AM Tee off at all courses
Lunch will be served at the J.T. Neely building for the players playing at that park on Saturday from 12:30-1:30. Lunch will be free to all players.
Lunch will be served inside the park office at Tombigbee for the players playing out there on Saturday as well

Saturday afternoon:
Distance Competition: 6:00 PM
Putting Competition: 6:00 PM
Elevated Basket throw off 7:00 PM ( basket suspended 60-70 ft in the air from a firetruck. will give this basket away)

Players party.....BBQ...Live Music.....Giveaways.... 8:00 PM - 11:00 pm. This will be at the J.T. Neely building at Veteran's Park

Sunday AM

Pool A...Tombigbee 2...tee time 10:00 AM
Pool B & C .....Veteran"s/Thunderchief 27 hole combination.....Tee Time 8:30 AM
Pool D....Tombigbee 1......tee time 10:00 AM

Lunch will be served to everyone at veteran's park at the J.T.Neely building. from 1:00-2:00 pm

Final 9 holes after cut will be played on the Thunderchief course at Veteran's Park ..Tee off 2:30

Ring of fire and Ace Pot throw off ( if necessary) will begin at 4:30 PM. This will be at Veteran's park as well

Awards Ceremony will begin around 5:30 PM.at the J.T. Neely building.

First 144 to register for the SNAC will get the deluxe players pack worth $65-$80 ( still in the works)
We will cap this event at 288 players. We will begin sending out invites to the top 144 in points no later than June 21st. At that point we will begin to except invite registration only. it will be open exclusively to them until July 15th. At that point we will open it up to all players with points who are qualified. We will be excepting entry through PayPal,Disc golf United on line registration, or snail mail... we will provide all the info for this as we get closer to the dates.

We will be Veteran's park all day on the 16th registering players and letting players check in and pick up players packs.
We will also hand out players packs and check players in fron 7AM-8AM on Saturday morning. But absolutely no Saturday registration!

At this point there are still several cabins available at Tombigbee state park plus we will have the group camp that weekend as well. It will hold up to 200 people.. it is $8.50 per night.
Hotels in Tupelo will be limited that particular weekend due to the annual furniture market in town and also a body building competition in town. So if you are looking to stay in a hotel...better be booking it now.

I am going and looking to figure out how we can get a group and cut down on the costs!

Anyone Else? I'm all for cutting costs to be able to make a tournament that's supposed to give back to all the players that have supported all the tournaments thought the year!
