Found Disc at Hole 16

I found a disc in the water that apparently had gone long on 16. It had no name or number, so "free disc." I carried it in my bag for a week and then on Sunday I took a closer look at it. It is a specialty disc from an event that someone may be missing. So here's the deal, name it and claim it. And no, you can't keep guessing till you get it right. Send me PM to claim.
