Weekly Food Toss

Guys, I would just like to say THANK YOU once again for putting this on every week. It just goes to show that every little bit DOES help, and what a GREAT cause to be participating in.

And with the extra incentive of "fresh baked pies" that Drake has added to the mix for the person that brings in the most cans... BRAVO

See you out there and keep up the good work with this and the upcoming tourneys the month of October .... I am proud to be a part of Playground Disc Golf Club ~TK~

A couple of folks from the Brewton & Mobile area are coming to join us tonight for the food toss!!

The food toss went great tonight! I definately think the time is here to adjust the tee off time @ least by 30 minutes, as the darkness overtakes us , lol!

Maybe we could sign up @ 5:00 and tee off 5:30 ish?? Just a suggestion

Anyway CONGRATS to Patsy Hunter for winning tonight AND playing the long tees..... way to go Mrs. Hunter!!

And Luke of course shot an amazing 10 down (nothing new there )

Thank you Teresa for running a great fling for food tonight. I had a lot of fun tonight,just sucks its getting dark to soon to finish. So who is up for a glow round this Sat. night to kick off the fun we are about to have Sunday? I have glow sticks to light up all the baskets and a couple U.V flashlights to light up discs. Who's up for it?

I think Saturday Glow round would be great! I had also told several people that I will run the Weekly Food Toss this Saturday, sign up @ 4:00 ish, I will get there as soon as the store closes (4:05 ).

We had a great turnout last night (Thursday) 38 cans and $5.00 donation !! Congrats to Josh and Patsy for taking the prizes home

Had a decent turn out today for the 1st Saturday Food Toss (10) ...Congrats to Doug for winning, Ronda came in 2nd after a throw off with Chris from the Mobile area, and Jason came in 3rd after a throw off with Mr. Hunter!

Thanks for all that came out to play, and MORE cans to take to the Food Bank.......

Had another great turnout for the Food Toss Although I did happen to mis-place a tag If anyone sees # 22, it is Billy's. After the round, we pulled out all of the tags, and that one was gone ....I'm not sure if it fell out of the food box, or what but it is GONE.

So if anyone sees it , please let me or Billy know Thank you again to all who came out to participate!! AWESOME collection of cans to take to the Food Bank
