Playground Disc Golf Club proudly presents the:

2012 Fort Walton Beach Open + Women's Global Event

that will take place on:

Saturday May 12, 2012 @ Ferry Park Disc Golf Course
Fort Walton Beach, FL
Pro / AM Men and Women
TD: Russ Gray & Teresa Key

We are very excited to be working with the PDGA State Coordinator and making this a PDGA C-tier event as well as a Southern National Qualifier.

More info to come shortly .... all you guys, get your ladies out throwing some discs and help to make this Global Event a huge success!!

These are the sponsor levels and every little bit helps Very Happy

$25.00 gets a tee sign
$50.00 gets the name on the t-shirts
$100.00 gets a logo on the t-shirt and a tee sign

With huge regret..... I will not be able to be Co-TD on this event Sad

I have some personal drama right now and just have NO TIME. However I have complete faith in Russ and crew.

I do have some ideas for some upcoming events that I will post at a later date. Again, sorry for bailing on ya'll.... but it can't be helped at this time.

I will not play and help Russ! He is on crutches with a pulled acl & mcl and wont be able to get around much probably.

We have a lot of ladies coming and I am about to post a link where all the guys can register. I have been working on sponsors but we can use some more if anyone can get any!

I have a sponsor for the event. Need to know if they get a recipit or something for taxes. Can someone PM me with info? I may have two people from here in Navarre. One of my sponsors is willing to buy in for the $100.00 packet. I too will not be playing in this event due to injury. But if I can help in any way. Let me know.

Yes , you can come to the store or sign up online on our calendar page. We will be taking sign ups the morning of, but only the first 50 sign ups will receive a tourney shirt.

1/2 of the raffle proceeds go to the RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE of NWF and the other 1/2 goes to YOU

Okay folks... if you have not pre-registered you will have until 8:45 Saturday morning, providing it does not fill up before then. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Also please bring a couple of extra bucks for the 50/50 Raffle. A representative from the Ronald McDonald House will be here on Saturday and I would love to give her, and the winner of the raffle, a hefty sum. They are such a great charity to help out and I am proud that PLAYGROUND DISC GOLF CLUB is actually DOING SOMETHING each and every week for the community at large, not just Disc Golf. I can't thank each and every one of you enough for helping others in need!! YOU GUYS & GALS ROCK!! I love you

... it can only be 18 holes due to the PDGA ratings thing, so thats why we have had to limit the field. You now how I love our "additional holes"... and hate that we arean't able to switch it up this time
