Really? I must of been wearing a blind fold when I played the front 9 this morning around 745am. Didn't notice it...

Really nothing you can put down short of metal spikes to stop someone on a 4wheeler or pretty much anything that could actually drive in that sand and get out of it.

There is only one proper way of catching / stopping it. Cameras... but that stuff cost lots of $$$. It's annoying yes.. but a positive note @ least it's only on Sand. It could be on our of our grassy holes..

When I leave the school I am going to contact the FWBPD and see about getting extra patrols for a while! I for one am sick of whoever tearing up everyone's hard work.

Spoke with the FWBPD, they are going to beef up patrol at the park during late night hours. They are also going to contact the city on some way to put up a barrier on hole 1. They asked if any of us see anyone destroying anything to call them immediately.

Course Clean-up & Repair - Page 3 Empty FERRY PARK CLEAN UP SAT. MAY 11, 2013

Post  ghunter Sun May 12, 2013 1:12 pm

We had 12 people show up for clean up. AWSOME!. Just over 1" of rain and no one stopped workin. What is so good about this clean up is that we had people from different clubs. People that care about the Disc Golf Course, how Ferry Park looks and care about making it safer for everyone.
List of workers: Patsy Hunter, Gary Hunter, Joel Keaton, Rhonda Key, John Capps, John Elicio, Ken Keller, Ray Mercer, Shean Maltby, Kriste Thedford, Bill Banaszek, Tyler Searle. My THANKS TO THIS CLEAN UP CREW. I have already received positive feed back from some walkers.

Sorry Gary, I had to miss that cleanup as I was TDY in Japan. Hopefully you had a few show up to lend a hand. Thanks for all you and Patsey continue to do!

Thanks.
No one showed up but it was extremely short notice.
And it was on a week day.
